Muhammet Bembeyaz

Muhammet Bembeyaz is a Senior Associate at the firm and is based in Hamburg, Germany. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law and holds a Master of Law and Business degree from Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany.

He is a licensed attorney at law registered to Istanbul Bar Association.


Muhammet’s practice focuses on international arbitration, investment arbitration and dispute adjudication board procedures with emphasis on international construction projects, including contract management and pre-contract risk analysis. He represents and advises contractors of various nationalities in projects or cases in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Turkic Countries.


He acted in matters conducted under the rules of institutions such as ICC, PCA, ISTAC. He speaks Turkish, English and German.
