Başak Kayrancıoğlu

Başak Kayrancıoğlu is an Associate at the firm and is based in Istanbul, Turkiye. She graduated from Koç University, Faculty of Law and holds an LLM degree in Commercial and Corporate Law at the Queen Mary University of London.

She is a licensed attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.


Başak takes part in both international and domestic commercial and construction arbitration proceedings and advises on dispute-related matters arising from large-scale international construction projects, including dispute board processes. Her practice also includes providing consultancy on corporate matters, as well as supporting contract management and risk analysis processes.


She is a member of the Society of Construction Law (Türkiye). She speaks Turkish and English.
